We are looking for a Communications, Marketing & PR Manager responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our communications strategy, marketing activities, and public relations initiatives, both externally and internally.

As a standalone role, you will own the full communications function — from our annual report and newsletters to press relations and marketing collateral.

We are seeking a driven candidate who can position PV CYCLE as the reference organisation for compliance and operational services within the solar, WEEE, batteries, and circular economy sectors.

You will work closely with the Managing Director (to whom you report), Country Managers, staff members, suppliers, media, and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Communications, Marketing & Public Relations

    • Brochures
    • Speeches
    • Press releases
    • Advertisements
You will also develop marketing and communication materials in cooperation with country teams to support the promotion of our services.
  3. Lead the production of PV CYCLE’s annual report end-to-end:
    • Define the structure and storyline with the Managing Director and Country Managers
    • Collect contributions
    • Write and edit content
    • Oversee design and layout
  4. Plan, produce, and distribute regular newsletters targeting members, partners, and stakeholders across our operating countries, ensuring content remains relevant, timely, and aligned with our positioning.
  5. Manage PV CYCLE’s social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook):
    • Develop a content calendar
    • Produce and publish posts
    • Monitor engagement
    • Report on performance
  6. Ensure consistent communication of our image and positioning throughout the organisation, both internally and externally, including support for internal communications.
  7. Represent the organisation in interactions with target media, ensuring regular contact and appropriate responses to media requests.
  8. Conduct and coordinate relevant market research to support positioning, service development, and communications strategy.
  9. Develop and lead marketing communications and PR activities such as exhibitions (e.g. Intersolar Europe in Munich, Intersolutions in Belgium), stakeholder events, and other external engagements.

Planning & Budgeting

  1. Responsible for achieving the communications, marketing, and public relations objectives and financial targets.
  2. Develop short- and long-term plans within predefined budgets for all PV CYCLE branches, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
